Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

At LLMLab, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect across our main landing page (llmlab.in) and sub-applications (creditsense.llmlab.in, stock.llmlab.in, and devagent.in), how we process it, and how we protect it.

2. Data Collection & Processing

We prioritize local-first data processing. When you utilize our products, we minimize server-side storage:

  • Credit Sense: Uploaded statement files or financial transactions are parsed locally inside your browser sandbox wherever possible. If server endpoints are used, transactions are processed in-memory and are not persisted without your explicit opt-in.
  • Stock Lab: Market watchlists, simulations, and API queries are cached locally in your browser storage (IndexedDB/LocalStorage) and are not synced to external databases unless cloud-saving is enabled.
  • DevAgent: Codebases processed by DevAgent are cloned and analysed inside secure sandbox environments. The codebase context is used strictly to execute coding tasks and is not used to train global LLMs.

3. LLM Crawlers & Scrape Policy

To support AI agent compatibility, we expose machine-readable parameters under the following guidelines:

  • Public Crawling: We authorize verified AI crawlers (e.g., GPTBot, ClaudeBot) to index public landing pages, pricing data, and documentation as specified in our robots.txt and llms.txt files.
  • Authenticated Dashboards: Access to user consoles, source code outputs, and banking analytical views is strictly private. Crawlers are prohibited from accessing authenticated routes or using user-owned datasets for training models.

4. Cookie Policy

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only employ necessary, first-party session cookies to manage authentication states on our dashboards.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have full ownership of your data. You may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of any data associated with your LLMLab account by reaching out to our support channel. Because we store minimal data, most deletions take place instantly by clearing your browser cache.
